Charges
As a New Zealand company, all Te Pakeho Estate's online business is conducted in New Zealand currency only. HopesGrove Wines will appear on your statements and payment records.

Shipping
Within New Zealand orders are normally shipped through our nominated carrier company and generally, delivery is within an estimated 7 days depending on location. In-stock items usually ship in 2-4 business days. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and we shall not be liable for delays.

Product Availability
Case quantities are indicated in each product’s description. We will notify you by way of email if an item you have ordered is no longer in stock, and you will have the opportunity of cancelling your order.

Returns/Refund Policy
Please choose your wines carefully, in the event you change your mind about a purchase we do not provide a refund. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we provide a replacement free of charge if goods are proven faulty.

Payment Terms
1. You must pay us in full by credit card at the time that you submit your order.
2. If you pay by credit card you agree to indemnify us against any default by your credit card company to make payment to us in full.
3. We use “Shopify Payments” to securely authorise credit card payments before any charges are made.
