Hand picked from our single-vineyard estate plot. Whole bunch pressed, 35% fermented in French oak barriques. Partial malolactic fermentation. 

Lightly coloured shimmering hue, with soft aromas of stone-fruit, florals and lightning strike. Medium bodied Chardonnay with wet stone, white peach and citrusy notes and a distinct peach pit character. Nicely balance pallet that is fresh and pure.
