Half-half Chardonnay & Pinot Noir harvested from our young vines.
Fruit forward, gentle mousse, seashells, La Mer.
Organically farmed, no additives, hand disgorged.
Pinot Noir was foot stomped and macerated for about 6 hours with the Chardonnay hand picked on top and whole bunch pressed together. Fermented in stainless steel and bottled with 13g rs to finish fermentation.
